01 Delivery Areas

A.G.E. Elements delivers within Germany and to the countries shown as available during checkout.

You can find an up-to-date overview of available delivery countries and the applicable shipping costs during checkout.

02 Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective product description, delivery within Germany generally takes 1–3 business days.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the respective shipping provider.

No deliveries or transport take place on Sundays and public holidays. For advance-payment orders, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment instruction is issued. For all other payment methods, the period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.

If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the following business day.

03 Shipping Costs

Additional shipping charges may apply to certain island destinations. Please contact our customer service team for details.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to deliveries outside the European Union must be borne by the recipient, unless otherwise required by law.

04 Shipping Provider

Orders are shipped with DHL. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, where available.

05 Partial Deliveries

If multiple ordered products cannot be shipped together for logistical reasons, A.G.E. Elements may make reasonable partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.

You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result of partial deliveries.

06 Payment Methods

Depending on the delivery country, the following payment methods may be available during checkout:

07 Payment Due Date

The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order. The charge is processed according to the payment method selected.

08 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of A.G.E. Elements GmbH until payment has been received in full.

09 Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your delivery for any obvious transport damage upon receipt.

If the packaging is damaged, an item is missing or a product arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible at info@age-elements.com.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
