Shipping and Payment Conditions

1. Delivery Area

Delivery is available within Germany and to the countries offered by A.G.E. Elements. An overview of currently deliverable countries can be found during the order process and on our website.
If delivery to your country is currently not possible, please contact our customer service at info@age-elements.com.

2. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the delivery time within Germany is generally 1–3 working days. The delivery time abroad varies and depends on the respective shipping service provider.
The goods are generally dispatched on the same day, or at the latest, on the next working day. No delivery or onward transportation takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.
If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

3. Shipping Costs

The following shipping costs apply:

Germany

  • EUR 4.90 for orders up to EUR 49.99
  • Free shipping for orders from EUR 50.00

EU (excluding islands*)

  • EUR 14.90 up to 5 kg
  • From 5 kg upon request

Non-EU Countries

  • EUR 29.90 up to 5 kg
  • From 5 kg upon request

*Special costs apply for islands – please contact our customer service for more information.
Any customs, import duties, or other charges for deliveries outside the European Union are to be borne by the recipient, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is handled by DHL.

5. Partial Deliveries

If multiple products have been ordered and cannot be shipped together for logistical reasons, A.G.E. Elements is entitled to reasonable partial deliveries, provided this is acceptable to the customer. This will not incur any additional shipping costs for the customer.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods may be offered – depending on the country of delivery:

  • Shopify Payments
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna (Invoice, Sofort or Installment payment, if available)
  • Other payment methods displayed during the order process

There is no entitlement to the use of a specific payment method.

7. Due Date

The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
The charge will be made according to the selected payment method.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of A.G.E. Elements GmbH i. Gr. until full payment.

9. Damaged Shipments

Please check your delivery for obvious transport damage upon receipt.
If the packaging is damaged or a product is missing or arrived damaged, please inform us as soon as possible at info@age-elements.com.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
