You choose between two rhythms: one pouch every 30 days or three pouches every 90 days. Your delivery arrives automatically, and your saved payment method is charged on the respective date. We'll remind you by email about three days in advance.
No. The subscription runs for an indefinite period and has no minimum term.
At any time via "Manage subscription" in your customer account, via our cancellation form or by email to info@age-elements.com. Just make sure you do so at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Otherwise the next delivery will still go ahead.
You save 20% with the 1-month subscription and 30% with the 3-month subscription compared to a one-time purchase.
The starter kit worth €39 contains the A.G.E. glass bottle, a storage tin and a measuring scoop. You get it free with your first order, with a subscription as well as with a one-time purchase.
We'll try to charge again. If it still doesn't work, we'll pause your subscription until the payment goes through.

Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by email to info@age-elements.com or via our withdrawal form. You bear the cost of returning the goods. For pouches whose seal you have opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies for hygiene reasons.
No later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. The refund is made using the same payment method as your order.
Yes, at checkout. You can redeem one voucher per order. Cash payouts are not possible.

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 1–3 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the product.

Yes. If logistically necessary, your order may be sent in multiple partial deliveries. This will, of course, incur no additional shipping costs for you.

If the package or its contents are damaged or anything is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@age-elements.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected, of course.
