Vitamin A
Contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal skin. Vitamin A also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin C
Contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin D
Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. We use vegan vitamin D3. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin E
Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It is one of the fat-soluble vitamins. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin K
Contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones. We use vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Thiamine also contributes to the normal function of the heart. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Riboflavin also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin B3 (niacin)
Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function. Niacinalso contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Included in all three formulas.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)
Contributes to normal mental performance. Pantothenic acid also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin B6
Contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system. We use the bioactive form pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P5P). Included in all three formulas.
Biotin
Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin. Biotin also contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Included in all three formulas.
Folic acid (folate)
Folate contributes to normal blood formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate also has a role in the process of cell division. Our formulas contain it as folic acid. Included in all three formulas.
Vitamin B12
Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal red blood cell formation. Vegan, included in all three formulas.
Nicotinamide riboside
Is a form of vitamin B3. We use it as nicotinamide riboside chloride. Included in 40+ and 60+.
