Verantwortung ist zeitlos

Responsibility Is Timeless

on Feb 09 2026
We carry the responsibility for our biological capital. No one else does. For more than two decades as an entrepreneur, my body was a tool that simply had to perform. Unconditionally. Until a period of deep exhaustion showed me the limits of that mindset. I realised: responsibility does not mean exploiting yourself, but strengthening the foundation before it breaks. Health begins in the cell – and it changes over time. I stopped seeing my biology as something static. A 20-year-old body needs different inputs than a 40- or 60-year-old one. A.G.E. Elements grew out of this insight. I didn't want a standard supplement that treats everyone the same. I wanted precision. We went beyond classic micronutrients and took a close look at longevity research. Ingredients such as NR, resveratrol and plant extracts are part of my everyday life today. Not as a "magic pill", but as a fixed part of my routine. Today I treat my body more consciously: with exercise, sleep, good nutrition and a fixed routine. A.G.E. Elements is the result of this journey. It is a system of three specific formulas, developed with nutrition experts in Germany and tailored to each stage of life. It is for people who, like me, want to take responsibility for themselves. At any age. The right moment to take responsibility for yourself? Always.
